I’d like to thank Mitch Teemley for nominating me for the Freestyle Writing Challenge. Go visit his blog there are wonderful works there waiting to be discovered! In the explanation of the rules, I have left Mitch’s Commentary because I like it!

Mitch’s topic for me was The Book (or Books) That Changed My Life
There are several books that have changed my life. Reading The Chuang-Tzu by Chuang-Tzu was a book that inspired me to learn more about Chinese culture, religion, philosophy and motivated me to travel to Taiwan and China to learn more. It gave me many wonderful experiences; learning to communicate in another language-Chinese as well as meeting many people and making friends. It opened my mind and gave me a better understanding of this complex world we live in.

Rules of the Challenge

  2. Set a timer to 5 or 10 minutes, whichever length you prefer.
  3. Your topic is at the foot of this post BUT DO NOT SCROLL DOWN TO SEE IT UNTIL YOU ARE READY WITH YOUR TIMER!

And drum roll, please…
