Good Food by Blair Gaulton

This poem was inspired by a wonderful meal I ate at Tengri Tagh; a Uighur-Turkish restaurant on Häberlstrasse in Munich, Germany

Good Food
Good food is like a kiss that makes the spirit soar.

Long Lines by Blair Gaulton

Long Lines
Long lines leave a lasting
Give up and try somewhere else.
Or it must be great;
that’s why so many
are waiting to get in .
You have to decide;
to wait or go,
If you stay;
you will know.

Senses and the Symphony by Blair Gaulton

Senses and the Symphony
All our senses celebrated the food’s symphony;
which was accompianed;
by conversation wit, and sun.
A wonderful meal, and then some!

Gil’s Place by Blair Gaulton

Gil’s Place
Homemade apple cinnamon gnocchi
stuffed with cooked beef.
Considered a treat.
Variations with bacon and cheese
or no meat at all.
All are covered in a gingery blueberry sauce.
This place is always filled.
Where eating the diverse food
in Gil’s is a thrill.
