Finishing A Dream Come True: The Absurd Version 1 by Blair Gaulton

Inspired by a conversation with Kalabalu   🙂

Finishing A Dream Come True : The Absurd Version 1
I open my eyes;
quickly close them again.
Suddenly a voice says
We are sorry;
the dream you formerly had access to;
has gone on strike;
have a nice day!

Finishing A Dream Come True Version 1 by Blair Gaulton

Inspired by a conversation with Kalabalu   🙂

Finishing A Dream Come True Version 1
Rubbing my eyes;
opening them.
I heard laughing;
You never left;
I was told.
Tenderly embracing;
our kisses danced into a river;
as we flowed away;
together.  🙂

Finishing A Dream Come True Version 2 by Blair Gaulton

This poem was inspired from a conversation I had with kalabalu about going back into a dream where it left off and finishing it.

Finishing A Dream Come True Version 2
Opening my eyes;
rubble everywhere.
I cannot move.
A voice says.
You’re too late.
Goodbye.

Absurd Thought of the Day June 23rd 2015 by Blair Gaulton

Absurd Thought of the Day
June 23rd 2015
How do you tell a piece of paper,
that wants to be an oyster;
that is unrealistic?

The Clothesline’s Dream by Blair Gaulton

The Clothesline’s Dream
The clothesline dreams;
nothing hanging; not tied down, and flying free
dancing with the wind happily.
