A Memory of Rain by Blair Gaulton

A Memory of Rain
When the rain falls.
I think of you;
your laugh,
your smile.
Walking side by side;
holding hands.
We did not care about getting wet
or anything else.
It was time well spent.
When you died;
all I could do is cry
in the rain.
Without you
it is no longer the same.
